JaLe’s Backwoods Boutique Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We are dedicated to getting your items packaged and shipped to you as quickly as possible.

Shipping Rates & Fees: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery location. All shipping fees are paid by the customer and are non-refundable.
Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days before they ship. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our facility.
Perfume & Liquid Restraints: Please note that due to safety regulations, all fragrances and perfumes must ship via Standard Ground Shipping. If your order contains a perfume, please expect an additional 2–3 days for delivery. We are currently unable to ship perfumes internationally or to P.O. boxes.
Lost or Stolen Packages: JaLe’s Backwoods Boutique is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after they are marked as "Delivered" by the shipping carrier. We highly recommend monitoring your tracking information closely.
